She specializes in Human Resource Management, organizational behavior, Strategic Management, and Business Communication. She has guided numerous student projects, contributed to academic planning, and actively participated in university-level responsibilities such as paper setting, evaluation, and viva examinations. Her corporate exposure of 2 years include roles at Citi Financial and Bharti Tele Ventures, where she managed sales teams, handled HR functions, and streamlined administrative processes. A Ph.D. in Business Management, Dr. Bhandari has published extensively in national and international journals and presented papers at various conferences. She continually enhances her professional competencies through FDPs and online certifications in areas such as digital marketing, cost accounting, HRM, and Organisational behaviour.
