She holds an Integrated MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management. With over two years of academic experience, she is presently serving as an Assistant Professor and Placement Coordinator at Tirpude Institute of Management Education, Nagpur. In her dual role, she actively contributes to both classroom learning and student career development, working closely with students to enhance their employability and industry readiness.
\nHer teaching approach emphasizes practical learning, student engagement, and real-world application of management concepts. She is passionate about mentoring students and guiding them toward building meaningful careers. Alongside her teaching responsibilities, she is actively involved in research and academic development, with a keen interest in understanding evolving consumer-brand relationships. Known for her approachable nature and student-centric mindset, she strives to create an encouraging and interactive learning environment that inspires students to grow both academically and professionally.[\/vc_column_text]
