He is currently working as assistant Professor and chairperson \u2013 Research &amp;QI at Tirpude Institute of Management Education, Nagpur. He is the coordinator of Place for Higher Learning &amp;Research (Research Centre approved by RTM Nagpur University). Previously he has handled responsibility of Training &amp; Placements for 5 years for the institute. His subjects of Interest are Marketing Management, Sales &amp; Distribution, International Business, and Managerial Economics. His is also a PhD research supervisor approved by RTM Nagpur University and is currently guiding 3 research scholars. His research papers are published in various journals including UGC care and ABDC Journals. He has presented papers in various national and international conferences. He is also a corporate trainer. He has imparted training to various organizations like Western Coalfield Ltd, Geological Survey of India Ltd, Eros Infrastructure P Ltd, Power-grid Corporation Ltd, Department of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises etc.[\/vc_column_text]
