He holds a Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Commerce and Management from RTM Nagpur University, along with an MBA specialized in Finance &amp; HRM, an M.Com, and a B.Com. Dr. Gharpure is also an approved Ph.D. Supervisor, actively mentoring research scholars and serving across prominent academic boards and syllabus revision committees at the university level. With a profound passion for teaching, he is dedicated to disseminating essential skills among young minds for their holistic development.[\/vc_column_text]
