UG SEM-I INDUCTION PROGRAMME 2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

7th & 8th August 2026 –Two Days of Connection, Collaboration, Inspiration & Fun<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The UG Sem-I Induction Programme 2026<\/strong> at Tirpude Institute of Management Education welcomed the new batch of BCom (BA\/CA), BSc (Finance), BSc (Data Science), BA (Psychology) and BA (Economics)<\/strong> students with two engaging days designed to help them connect with their peers, faculty, seniors and alumni.
From team formation and fireside conversations to alumni interaction, thought-provoking sessions and exciting team challenges, the programme offered students their first glimpse into the vibrant academic and social life at Tirpude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udf1f DAY 1 | Create Your Identity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The first day began with registration and team formation<\/strong>, giving students their first opportunity to interact with their new classmates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83e\udd1d Create Your Identity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Students participated in team-building activities designed to help them break the ice, discover common interests and begin building their identity as a batch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd25 Fireside Chats<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The day featured informal and engaging Fireside Chats<\/strong>, giving students an opportunity to hear directly from faculty members and leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These conversations moved beyond formal introductions, allowing students to understand the people, experiences and perspectives behind their college journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udf93 Interactive Sessions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Students also participated in sessions covering important aspects of their transition into college life, helping them understand what lies ahead academically and personally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udf1f Hangout with Alumni<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

One of the highlights of Day 1 was the Alumni Hangout<\/strong>, where students interacted with Tirpude alumni and heard about their experiences beyond college.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The alumni interaction included inspiring stories of different career journeys\u2014including alumni who have ventured into exciting and unconventional fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the alumni connections was Kashyap B<\/strong>, a Tirpude alumnus who has moved from the classrooms of Tirpude towards the big screen with YRF’s Alpha<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the freshers, these interactions offered an important message:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your degree is only the beginning. Your journey can take you wherever your curiosity, courage and ambition lead you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udfaf Human Bingo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The day ended on a lighter note with Human Bingo<\/strong>, encouraging students to interact with people they may not have spoken to yet and discover interesting things about their new classmates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\ude80 DAY 2 | Learn, Collaborate & Compete<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Day 2 began with conversations around well-being and adapting to college life<\/strong>, followed by sessions focused on technology, AI and the changing world of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc99 It’s Okay Not to Be Okay<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A psychology-oriented session created space for students to reflect on well-being, emotions and the transition into a new phase of life<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83e\udd16 Mind Over Machine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

An AI-oriented session introduced students to the evolving relationship between human intelligence and artificial intelligence<\/strong>, encouraging them to think about how technology is shaping education, careers and the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udfae Collaborative Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Then came the part everyone was waiting for!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students were divided into teams and participated in a series of collaborative games and challenges<\/strong> designed to test creativity, communication, teamwork, confidence and quick thinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The emphasis wasn’t simply on winning\u2014it was on working together, thinking differently and having fun with the new people who would become part of their college journey.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udfc6 And Then Came the Winners!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The two-day experience culminated in an exciting Prize Distribution Ceremony<\/strong>, celebrating the teams and students who stood out during the collaborative activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than just prizes, the moment celebrated team spirit, participation, creativity and enthusiasm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83e\udd1d A Support System Beyond the Classroom<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

A special feature of the induction programme was the involvement of senior student mentors from the 3rd and 5th semesters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These mentors will continue to serve as approachable guides for the new students\u2014helping them navigate academics, campus life, activities and the many new experiences that come with college.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The idea is simple:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don’t have to figure out college alone.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Your faculty, seniors, alumni and peers are all part of your Tirpude journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The UG Sem-I Induction Programme 2026 was designed to be more than a formal welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was the beginning of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New friendships.
New conversations.
New perspectives.
New ambitions.
And a new chapter.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

From meeting faculty and seniors to interacting with alumni, exploring technology, discussing well-being and competing as teams\u2014the two days gave students a glimpse of everything that makes the college experience memorable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
