Dr. Bhavini Patel

INTRODUCTION

Dr. Bhavini Patel is an academician and administrator with over 13 years of experience in higher education, specializing in the areas of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. She currently serves as the Undergraduate Program Coordinator at Tirpude Institute of Management Education, where she is majorly involved in shaping and delivering impactful academic and training experiences for the undergraduate students. Dr. Patel holds a PhD in Management, along with dual postgraduate degrees—MBA and M.Com. She has also cleared UGC-NET and SET and published nearly 15 research papers in various national and international journals.
