Prof. Ruella D’Souza Khan is a dedicated Professor of English and Communication at Tirpude Institute of Management Education, Nagpur, where she guides both undergraduate and postgraduate students in developing essential language and professional communication skills. Her academic foundation is robust, encompassing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hislop College, ongoing postgraduate studies in Psychology from IGNOU, and a Diploma in Child Psychology and Parenting Coaching.
Her journey into academia is enriched by a diverse and deeply personal background. Prior to teaching, Prof. Ruella channelled her creative passion as the owner of a successful café, where she curated beloved dishes inspired by cherished family recipes. This entrepreneurial experience in creativity, service, and community-building now seamlessly translates into her fervent love for teaching, where she finds immense fulfilment in mentoring students and facilitating their holistic growth. With experience spanning spoken English facilitation, school counselling, and administrative leadership, Prof. Ruella brings a multidimensional perspective to her classroom.
