- F&B- Havmor Ice-Cream (franchisee) 2021
I started the first two franchise outlets of Havmor ice cream in Nagpur. As a sole entrepreneur, my responsibilities ranged from stock acquisition, outlet management, recruitment of salespeople, and complete P&L management. In order to fuel business growth, I have also encouraged other small businesses around my outlet to create a food hub in the area, which ultimately benefitted everyone. - Transport (2017 – 2021)
Started off with a small 6- Wheel truck to transport fresh fruits and vegetables from Maharashtra to Uttar Pradesh. This needed continuous movement monitoring of the truck and driver. Managing Accounts, continuous business development, and driving better efficiencies. - Manufacturing – Cement Bricks (2007-2010)
Learned the ropes of entrepreneurship while setting up a Cement brick manufacturing plant on the outskirts of Nagpur which undertook contracts for the civic authorities. Ensured successful and consistent delivery for all the projects undertaken whilst managing operations single-handedly. - Corporate Experience –
