A Fitting Tribute on Guru Purnima

Tirpude Institute of Management Education is proud to announce a momentous achievement as two of its most respected academic leaders—Dr. Lalit Khullar, Director, and Dr. Sanjay Kavishwar, Professor & Dean – Academics—have been recognized among the “Most Influential Professors” at the 14th World Education Congress Awards 2025.

The “Most Influential Professors” award is one of the highest individual accolades presented by the Congress. It acknowledges those educators who have consistently demonstrated leadership, shaped future minds, and inspired academic excellence through their teaching, mentorship, and contributions to institutional growth. This recognition, coinciding with the sacred occasion of Guru Purnima, is not only a tribute to their individual excellence but also a reflection of the values Tirpude stands for—dedication to education, visionary leadership, and impactful mentorship.

Tirpude Institute of Management Education proudly hosted the Principal’s Conclave themed “AI in Education: Leading the Change, Shaping the Future,” on 14th June 2025 at Hotel Centre Point, Nagpur,. The event brought together academic leaders from various institutions to discuss the evolving landscape of education, leadership in academia, and strategies for institutional excellence.

The conclave featured insightful Keynote Sessions, Collaborative Discussions, Awards Ceremony ,Fireside Chat   and a shared vision for future-ready education. It served as a platform for knowledge exchange, policy dialogue, and strengthening academic partnerships.

Samidha 2025 –International Conference on “Redefining possibilities – Multidisciplinary perspectives in emerging and changing world”

SAMIDHA 2025 was The 16th Edition of international conference organized by Tirpude Institute of Management Education . Institute received a total of 111 research papers from India as well from other countries such as Philippines and Oman .  Researchers presented their papers in offline and online mode. Conference was multidisciplinary in nature covering various areas like commerce, management, data science, AI & machine learning, psychology, hospitality management, IT and cloud computing, architecture, fire & safety management and many more.

Training Cell, at Tirpude Institute of Management Education a vital arm of our External Engagement Department, delivers rigorous in-house preparation that readies our students to compete confidently in academic and co-curricular events hosted across Nagpur. Through personalised sessions on essay writing, formal debating, Youth Parliament simulations, business-plan development and pitching, and high-impact presentation techniques, we cultivate critical thinking, persuasive communication, strategic planning, and teamwork—all within our campus environment. By simulating real-world formats and delivering targeted feedback, we ensure every student arrives at external competitions fully equipped to excel.

Our dedication to excellence shines through in our track record of awards: we’ve earned top prizes in inter-collegiate B-Plan competitions, showcased our oratory flair with wins at Open Mic events, and secured accolades in presentation challenges in just the past one year alone, our Training Cell has trained students who have won 9 major awards across prestigious competitions—including B-Plan contests, presentation championships, and Open Mic events. These accomplishments reflect the academic integrity and steadfast training ethos that define our institution, empowering each learner to make a standout industry impression.
