Dr. Carol Rao
INTRODUCTION
Dr. Carol Rao is an accomplished academician, HR consultant, corporate trainer, and counselor with over two decades of experience in academia and industry. As Dean of Undergraduate Programs at Tirpude Institute of Management Education (TiME), Nagpur, she leads curriculum innovation and student development initiatives, shaping future business leaders.
She holds multiple qualifications including BSW, MSW, MBA, MPhil, BA (Psychology), MS (Psychotherapy), and a Ph.D. in Management from RTM Nagpur University.
Dr. Rao has provided HR consulting and talent management solutions to reputed organizations such as Haldiram Foods, Pinnacle Teleservices, Lipi International, and Salasar Alloys & Steel. A sought-after educator and corporate trainer, she has conducted impactful programs on leadership, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and workplace effectiveness.
Her empathetic counseling approach and ability to mentor individuals have made her a trusted advisor to students and professionals alike.
