INTRODUCTION

Dr. Neha Bhandari is an accomplished academician with over 16 years of teaching experience in management education. She has served at Kamla Nehru Mahavidyalaya, Nagpur and currently teaches at Tirpude Institute of Management Education, Nagpur. She specializes in Human Resource Management, organizational behavior, Strategic Management, and Business Communication. She has guided numerous student projects, contributed to academic planning, and actively participated in university-level responsibilities such as paper setting, evaluation, and viva examinations. Her corporate exposure of 2 years include roles at Citi Financial and Bharti Tele Ventures, where she managed sales teams, handled HR functions, and streamlined administrative processes. A Ph.D. in Business Management, Dr. Bhandari has published extensively in national and international journals and presented papers at various conferences.
