INTRODUCTION
A dynamic and accomplished academic professional with over 15 years of rich experience spanning Academics, Corporate Relations, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and Team Management. Currently serving as Associate Dean – External Engagement at Tirpude Institute of Management Education (TIME), Nagpur, Dr. Rohan Job is known for his unique Activity Based Learning (ABL) teaching approach and strong industry-academia interface. He has worked with reputed brands including ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and Paragon Footwear, bringing practical corporate insight into the classroom. He has also conducted corporate training programs with leading organizations such as Haldiram’s and Lipi International, Avalon Consultants,Data Code to name a few. His research interest lies in employability of business graduates, and he has completed his Ph.D. thesis on determinants of employability in B-Schools in Nagpur City.
