Dr. Yogesh Gharpure

INTRODUCTION

Dr. Yogesh Jayant Gharpure is an accomplished academician and administrator with over two
decades of rich experience in higher education and management. As the Dean of Post Graduate
Programs at Tirpude Institute of Management Education (TiME), Nagpur, he spearheads curriculum evolution, faculty management, and institutional accreditation and compliance initiatives, shaping future management professionals. He holds a Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Commerce and Management from RTM Nagpur University, along with an MBA specialized in Finance & HRM, an M.Com, and a B.Com. Dr. Gharpure is also an approved Ph.D. Supervisor, actively mentoring research scholars and serving across prominent academic boards and syllabus revision committees at the university level. With a profound passion for teaching, he is dedicated to disseminating essential skills among young minds for their holistic development.
