Mr. Kalash R. Tirpude serves as the President of Yugantar Education Society, Nagpur. Dr. Lalit Khullar is the Director of Tirpude Institute of Management Education, Nagpur. An engineer by qualification, he brings over 10 years of industry experience and more than two decades of expertise in teaching and academic leadership. A dynamic leader and consultant to several leading industries, Dr. Khullar is known for his innovative approach and strategic vision. He plays a pivotal role in promoting activity-based learning at Tirpude, aligning education with real-world applications and industry expectations. His leadership continues to drive academic excellence and holistic student development.

Dr. Manoj B. Daigavane serves as the Joint Director, Technical Education, Regional Office,
Nagpur. With a distinguished career in the education management sector, he brings a wealth of experience in academic leadership, strategic planning, and institutional development. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the prestigious Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur. Dr. Daigavane is also proficient in MATLAB and known for his strengths in lecturing, cross-functional team leadership, and strategy. We are honored to have him on our board, where his expertise and insight will greatly enrich our academic vision and quality initiatives.

Dr. Carol Rao is the Dean of Undergraduate Programs at Tirpude Institute of Management Education, Nagpur. With a vibrant and approachable personality, she is deeply committed to student development, mentorship, and academic excellence. Known for her unwavering support and guidance, Dr. Rao is always accessible to students, nurturing their potential both inside and outside the classroom. Her leadership plays a vital role in shaping a dynamic and student-centric learning environment.

Dr. Yogesh Gharpure, Dean of Postgraduate Programs at Tirpude Institute of Management Education, Nagpur, holds an M.Com., MBA, and Ph.D., with specialization in Finance and Accounts. Known for his calm and composed demeanor, he is a respected mentor and guide to both faculty and students. With a consistent and thoughtful approach, Dr. Gharpure fosters an environment of academic discipline and collaborative learning.
