INTRODUCTION

Prof. Ayushi Gajghate is a dedicated mental health professional, academician, and founder of Ayushi’s Safe Healing Hands, committed to promoting psychological well-being and holistic healing. With a strong academic background in Clinical Psychology, Human Resource Management, and alternative healing sciences, she integrates therapeutic, academic, and holistic approaches to support individuals facing psychological challenges. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Tirpude Institute of Management Education, Nagpur, she teaches Psychology and MBA students, focusing on developing both theoretical understanding and practical application of psychological principles in management and everyday life.
